‘Pathways’ is a resource which offers parishes and deaneries a model to plan an integrated and comprehensive approach to ministry with children and young people. ‘Pathways’ calls and challenges Christian communities to ‘identify and provide a range of opportunities and experiences through which the faith life of children and young people can be initiated, nurtured and deepened’.

The YCM team is also available to work with parishes to share this vision and has produced a planning tool for this purpose.
